I recently enjoyed chatting with Jay Anderson, citizen engagement specialist at the City of Colorado Springs, whose an amazing advocate for citizen feedback and improved transparency with a citizen-centered design mindset.

He shares how he’s been engaging citizens and advocating for increased levels of feedback on city initiatives through technology. He also briefs us on his Civic Superhero Trainings, forums to empower citizens and receive usability feedback on the City’s apps and web experiences.
